It depends what you want it for, the Nokia N95 is an amazing camera phone, and obviously really good with other things, but the iphone is just so novel and fun! and of course, it has the great safari browser.

I would say the nokia N95 8gbThe iphone will cost you nothing on a £45 or £75 a month contractIf you take the £30 or £35 contract you will have to pay £99 for it.The iphone on pay as you go is £349 for the 8gb and £399 for the 16gb.The nokia N95 8gb is free no matter what plan you take from any network or you can pay £380 on pay as you go from carphone warehouse, but the n95 has everything the iphone has, 8gb storage, gps, 3g (plus the video calling camera, that the iphone doesnt have), and a 5megapixel camera that the iphone still hasent got, plus you will be able to send files by bluetooth with the n95, you still cant do that with the iphone, and the iphone still has bugs, calls drop, low 3g coverage etc.So i would say the N95 or there is a new sony ericsson coming out, the C905 and it has an 8mp camera and everything sony ericssons come with, it wont be in the uk though till November from what im aware.

This is really all dependent on what you look for in a phone. I've used both phones...currently an owner of the N95. The iPhone is superb in comparison to the N95 in terms of messaging and internet surfing. The iPhone's touchscreen makes it possible to type messages quickly due to the onscreen QWERTY keyboard. Internet surfing due to touchscreen allows easy scrolling through pages and clicking (in this case, touching) links. N95 has a by far superior camera compared to the iPhone. In terms of price, I've got a deal for a M&M 300 (300Min's/text) deal via T3 Direct on the 3 network which comes up to £15 a month giving free MSN messenger service also which I love.Both phones has plenty of content available on the internet. I personally use my 8gb on the N95 to the full extent with TV series that I convert for the N95 which is great for my travels.I've personally chosen N95 because it's also full of multimedia features and a great entertainment device...and I wasn't willing to go on a £35 monthly contract since the price plan with the included minutes didn't suit me.Edit:- o2 is £30 monthly cheapest tariff...not £35 and a flat £99 for the phone.
