I got a nokia as part of a contact with vodafone.Every time I try to use the internet (hotmail in particular). The phone crashes: the screen goes black, then white with the nokia logo and stays that way. I cannot switch at off. i have to take the battery out and put it back in...sometimes I have to repeat the process several times.Granted, I don't really know what i am doing. The user guide assumes a level of knowledge that i don't possess. Someone should write a "Nokia N95 for Dummies book". I need simple, basic, step-by step instructions on how to use the thing
