NOKIA 6065 problems after updating to new version. Please HELP?

After updating my nokia 6085 to new version V05.03 09-08-07 RM-198 I've gotten problem to activate # key for silent profile. Support group from Nokia team couldn't explain it. Please, help!Can I return to my previous version which was working perfectly? I so regret that I've done!Any suggestions?I tried to reinstal it but nothing works.

maybe you can try *#7370# for hard reset. I hope it'll set your phone back like the first time you bought it..
