If i do decide to sell the phone on Ebay which is the best form of payment to accept? is there anyway i could be scammed through paypal?tax

not really you can always accept cash from the person and call of the auction , does that help ????

Your best bet to not get scammed is state it to be a UK only auction and also only accept bidders with 5 or more ratingand yes accepting pay-pal and postal orders is the in my view the safest

don't send the phone to the winning bidder until the payment has cleared on paypal
