Nokia 5300 3gp videos aren't working!?

I can't manage to get the 3gp files i put onto my phone working. someone help, it's buggin me bigtimeAlso. It's a very new phone. There's nothing wrong with it playing preloaded 3gp's so i must be doing something wrong.

ur mobile wild infected with virus or all videos corrupted.ur remove ur card format with pc support and reset ur mobile go to the settings menu resrtore seeting option enter the security code wait few seconds and all problem is solveddown load all gud files to ur mobile enjoy.
