Well, they're entirely different beasts. Blackberry is better for IMAP and POP email. The Nokia will be faster OS, and is more like a regular phone, even though it has a real OS on it. Also, the BB is better for texts, with its quasi-QWERTY keyboard capabilities. Get the BBP if:you text a lotyou email a lotWindows Messenger a lotMore smartphone feel to itGet the Nokia if:you like a snappy OSYou surf the net (Nokia browser is amazing)you don't mind the numeric keysand you want a more real phone feel.

I go with the Nokia 6300 because it looks nicer, thinner, and sexier than the Blackberry Pearl. The 6300 may cost more, but its worth it. Blackberries usually have network outages too. Thats were they get their nickname "Crackberry" from.
