Does your Tracfone go directly to voice mail?

When someone calls my Tracfone it goes directly to voice mail, if they call back, it rings. Anyone else have this problem?

I have used a Tracfone in the past, but not currently. I never had the problem with it automatically going to voice mail as you described. You probably need to reprogram something and should check the owner's manual to determine the proper procedure.
