Can I or would I have to get a different phone company to get real ringtones?

There's a fairly new website that's free you just have to signup for free. It's ad supported, so they dont ask for any credit card. They have wallpapers ringtones videos all free too, its nice.In other words the link is http://cellware.knowledged.info - I stop by there a lot. See ya.
