Does anyone have boost mobile? what do the code A5 mean?

I looked in to my recent contacts to WT ( 2 Way Chirp to Talk) someone, I noticed a two way number on there that I do not recognize. I tried to two way the person back but I keep getting a message that says, User Not Reachable A5, What does that message mean?
