Okay so when activating a tracfone do you have to create an account with them because it says (click here to skip this step) and i was wondering if this step is optional? and if you do (click here to skip this step) does it make it where you cant add airtime do you have to have an account to add airtime cards? or just the phone # and seriel #?

You can skip it if you like. It's optional and not a problem.

You'll be able add more Airtime whenever you like. No worries!
