Can an unlocked smartphone be used for Boost Mobile service?

If I get my Verizon Treo 650 unlocked, is it possible to use it with Boost Mobile's Unlimited service. If not, are there any smartphones (unlocked) that can be used with Boost Mobile's Unlimited service? Thank you.
