Default Can I get out of a contract with Bell Mobility (Canada)? They make

siginificant billing errors every month!? This all started when they made an error setting up our contract, and forgot to add unlimited text messaging on our bill after an initial "free 90 day period" (as we requested, and as was shown on the original paperwork). The last three bills, Bell Mobility has over-billed me by more than $1000 total. Each time it happens, I have had to call 2-3 times to get the bill fixed. They make promises, and then break them...and never quite correct the problem. This month, they even charged me a late payment fee of $11.00 while I waited three weeks for a credit of over $450 towards my $560 bill (which needless to say I was not paying until they resolved the problem).I have now spent 10+ hours fighting with them. At what point would I have a case against them for consumer harassment, or be able to use this as grounds to break my contract with them? I have to eagle eye my bill every month to see what they are ripping me off for, and this is just wrong!!Where can I go for help???

Little known fact, you can get out of a contract with a phone company without paying cancellation fees if they have changed anything since the contract was written; i.e. rates, etc.
