I have used Helio for about a year and a half now. As far as device goes, it all depends on what you use your phone for. If you do any texting at all, the Ocean is the only way to go. I use the Fin because of it's size. But it is very had to text on because of the way the keyboard is laid out. There is also a slight lag time in the phone which makes texting hard. As far as customer service, I have had to call only twice in the time I have had it, and both times I was on and off the phone in a matter of minutes. They do outsource their customer service (like every cell company does now). As far as reception goes, Helio runs completely off the Sprint network, so if you know people who have Sprint, you will have the exact same reception quality they do.
