my fido was charged for $2000 because I used fido rewards for $10 option free
fido to fido anywhere in Canada? 4 months ago I used my fido rewards for $10 fido to fido anywhere in Canada and unlimited messaging. After 2 months to be exact 1 February 2008, fido reps called to tell me that I owed them $240. I told them how come it is possible since I have the $10 options. They told me that it was because $10 option is only for 2 months if I use fido rewards. I argued with them and they were willing to cut 1/2 of the price which is $150. I didn't have any choice but to pay them. One month after I learned that my bill was $2000+++.I called and asked them to solve my problem. Instead of helping me, they asked me to pay them. I said "there is no way that I could pay them. I'm a student and I have no income. Anyway how could I am responsible to this bill. I didn't know that I have to call back to keep my $10 options." The bill was to high and I told them I already paid them last month. My option was taken off on 22 Jan and I put it back after I was overcharged. Help me with my problem, anybody?
