tracfone texting, long distance?

i am thinking about getting a tracfone: the LG 225, motorola c261, or motorola w370. which phones can text, how much does it cost, and how much does long distance calling [within the country] cost?

i had a tracfone for a couple yrs.. they are really one of the more costly prepaid.. you pay 20 for 60 mins. or 60 units.. each text you send out is .5 units you get free incoming texts. lond distance with in the country is free..

i say that tracfone is really bad prepaid service. They do make you pay more and give you bad phones. Verizon for prepaid is worse they make you pay a dallor a day even if you dont use it!! Go with T-mobile You can get good phones and some are really cheep the downside about t-mobile is that they let you puchase music but not full length. same with tracfone but they don't let you get anything at all. Or check out cingilars prepaid phones.
