Mitsubishi lancer gts 2009?

I am going to buy a mitsubishi lancer gts 2009 5-speed manual without any option and including destination fee. Is 17500 a good price? Can I negotiate it lower?

Yeah that is a pretty good price. Great car too!! I was looking at the 2009 GTS, but went with the ES Sport. They threw in the Sun and Sound package for free (650w Stereo, Sunroof, and FAST key) and I got the CVT (an automatic that is awesome) for less then the price you are quoted, and the only way you can tell its an ES is because the rims are different. Plus it gets better gas mileage then the GTS now.You won't get a lower price. If you try to go lower, they will tell you to go somewhere else.
