Default Need to add 60Amp Circuit Breaker - NEC Code Questions?

I need to add a 60Amp circuit to my Service Panel for a heat pump and run it to a new circuit breaker or pull-out near the unit.I have all the materials and I have run a 6-2 wire in preparation. I have a couple of questions about the National Electrical Code for this kind of work.A) For runs inside a wall, what, if anything, do I need to do to secure the wiring?B) The Service Panel is outside - I have flexible conduit tubing to protect the wire as it goes from the panel into the house (about 4 feet). Does that tubing need to be secured to the house anywhere besides the point of entry? (ie - do I need to attach the middle part of the tubing to the house in some way?)C) 6-2 is what was recommended at the electrical supply store. Can this be used if the circuits breakers are double breakers?Any help would be appreciated
