I have a sagem f@st 800 E3 modem with tiscali broadband. It only has one ethernet cable port and seems to run on the computers pwer supply. I was just wondering if I ran a cable from my 360 to the modem, and plugged it into the only ethernet port and taking out my computer internet connection, would it connect to live and would it run off of the xbox power?A link to a picture of my modem is below[url]http://eagle-usb.org/images/fast_800_E4/fast_800_E4.jpgthanks[/url] for any help

It should. Once you unplug the ethernet cable from the computer and then plug it into Xbox you will have to unplug the power from the modem and then plug it back in so it can reset all the internet settings and what not for the 360. It will not connect to the 360 until you unplug then plug back in and that goes vice-versa also. Alternatively you could buy another ethernet cable and a router.
