Has anyone had a problem with the slider on their pantech duo?
My dad bought the duo in may. and he said it worked fine for him. I got the duo in July and things started going bad. For one, recently, i had a spring or something in the back get loose and i just lost it today. And another problem is ive been going to look at the time, hit a key and it wont light up. ive tried turning it off and turning it back on but it never does that. I have to remove the battery and put it back on before i can turn the phone back on. Anyone have any tips as to what i should do? I've tried the master reset. and im really irritated with Pantech. Help?
