i'm on my 3rd pantech duo (cell phone), and now it's messing up.?
i've had two duo's before this one and now the keyboard on this one is starting to screw up. before, i've called the warranty number since it hasn't been even a year yet, and tell them my problem and make sure it's still under warranty, then they ship me a new one free of charge. (and it's never been anything i've done to the phone, it's always the phone itself). they told me that if something happened to this one, i'd most likely get to get a new phone. has anyone ever done this, and what's the policy about the price of the new phone? does it have to be the same price as the phone you have when you bought it, or the price of it now? any help is appreciated!
