Not as good as we hoped or it could have been by a long way... but the kids seemed to have fun! Initial grotto was OK/Good and the kids (6 & 3Yrs) enjoyed this, but once out of this part (10Mins max) you exit right in to the shops. At which point you're surrounded by a selection of some 20 or more shops shed's (sort-of like a mini-German Market affair but not as good!) which seemed to take up the majority of the floor space in the hall? Some nice stuff, but a lot of stuff not relevant to Christmas and all very over priced along with quite a hard-sell from one or too, making browsing a chore! There is a large inflatable slide (one for both age groups or our kids) which our kids loved on which they had a least 5 mins or more on per session, but the queues where in excess of 10 mins in both cases! There was a free play area and an inflatable sort-of a ‘run-the-gauntlet’ thing, a ‘Climbing Wall’ and a 'Tea-Cups' ride, again the kid enjoyed all these and the queues where slightly shorter! Also on site is a traditional style 'Carousel' which was some-what disappointing to not of had the traditional fair-ground music to accompany the ride, in fact it had none? We missed the Puppet show as the queue was massive each time we tried, the same for the kids 'face-panting' and we never saw any staff at the igloo disco (?) but the repeating 'stage' show in the centre stage was quite good. Staff (elves) where all very friendly and played there part for the kids, other ride controllers we not so happy in the jobs, well by the look on there faces anyway! Would I go again – NO, considering the rides where free, on top of ticket prices we spent an additional £35+ and have nothing much to show for it! Hope this helps?Regards - Jay
