do i have to be 18 and older to go on a hiptop plan?

Yes you have to take a parent with you so they can sign the papers and agreements. i went into harvey normans the other day with my friend and i said heii can i get this hiptop on a plan and their like yes!! and i was like sick!! and then their like wait your gona sign for it and im like yeh and their like no you gota be over 18 or have an adult come in with you. and im like aha oh!
