problems flashing xbox 360 benq drive?

Im using Iprep 101 to flash my xbox drive.when i boot up Iprep it continues to flash 0x51 and 0xD1now i was told when it did that to turn off the xbox for 2 seconds then turn it back on and when i do that it still toggles between those two things. when i go to see what type of SATA thing i have it says i have aintel(R) 82801GB/GR/GH/ (ICH7 Family) Serial ATA Storage controller-27C0 is this what i need to flash benq drive. need any help i can get
