Hi,















I bought the sagem my411x mobile phone about a month ago.















It is on the orange network and whenever I put it on, the orange logo comes up and it just stays there. It has been perfectly fine since yesterday evening, and it basically won't power, it just gets frozen at the orange logo, it does not go any further.















I use my mobile phone quite often, and it has free texts until a certain date, which will run out soon.















So if anyone has any suggestions on how i could fix it or get it fixed, then please reply and I would be very grateful.
