I forgot my password/lock code on my Pantech duo and i can't get back in!!!?

Help! I am now locked out of my Pantech duo and i cannot get back in. I think i guessed so much now that my phone has a little timer. Right now its at 4:16(min/secs) until i can click on the unlock on my phone. Then i have waited for that long, and as soon as it gets to 0:00, it brings me to another screen saying to type in 'a1b2c3'. I type those in, and it brings me back to the 4:16 all over again. Help me please?

No need to worry, The PUK code is usually printed on the Back of the SIM pack check it out and if it isn't there then u need to call your carrier and they will give to to you after verification. Make sure not to enter the PUK code your self after 10 incorrect attempts the Sim will be permanently blocked and then u'll need to get a new one!
