Default Replacing my stock cam on my 98 chevy VTech?
Im replacing my stock cam on my 98 chevy vortech 1500 with an extreme energy 270hr comp cam does it it matter if my truck has over 200k miles on it.

it will give a significant hp boost. it shouldn't cause any problems.
