OK....you say you know for a fact they are male, female, so I won't tell you how to sex them. But I suggest yoy make sure they are DEF doing the dirty - the male sex organs are just below the head, so looking at that position you should know.
As for babies, well, the millipedes need dung in their home as the eggs are encased in dung, so you need to make sure you don't clean the cage. Often, they will be underground, so you don't even see.
Baby millipedes will look like little white beetle grubs, so if you've ever seen them and thrown them out, you've thrown out your babies!
Finally, baby millipedes spend a lot of time under ground, shedding their skin and growing so you might not see them.
