any other info would be great, and this car has 117000mi on it so how much longer do you think it has and is $2300 a good price for it? please help i'm trying to get my first car thanks

They break down easy, they wil not withstand even the tiniest crash and when they do need work, it is expensive and hard as heck to work on. My husband is a mech in the Marines and he will not buy me a Mitsubishi for anything. He doesn't want to deal with the hassle of one. Look for a nice American made car. Cheaper and easier to work on.

Mitsubishi's are a pretty good car. I work on cars as a assistent mechanic the car could make it to 200k if it is well keept up. As for the price it depends on the car, body condition and how well the engine is keept up also Mitsubushi has a bit of a rep for easy over heating witch is why when people race them like evo's and what not they have to get pro cooling sytems and cooling intakes. So if it runs well doesn't over heat will pass smog and has up to date tags its an alright deal i would try to get lower then $2300 unless you were getting it to race. (remember check out the engine well for leaks bad sparks)ect

hah funny, somebody actually asked specifically about this car. I own this car currently, bought it from my cousin about 4 years ago for $4000 and when it had i believe around 80K mi ish.































I've driven it up to 154K mi now, and up to this point, I haven't had any major problems. Only about a couple months ago my check engine light turned on because of my catalyst converter, but other than that, it's been pretty reliable, at least to me.































Maintaining it is fairly easy too.. so far, I only need to change the brakes and rotors, tires, and just make sure you do all the usual check ups such as spark plugs, transmission fluid and what not.































Overall, I would think it is a very reliable car, help me get around through college. I drove it far away too to visit my gf who lives about 90 miles away, and never once it decided to die on me or giving me problems during the drive.
