If you're throwing down that much hp and torque all I can tell you is *be careful,* because all that torque translates to absolutely NO traction in a turn if you give it too much gas... I used to canyon run all up and down the Santa Monica Mountains when I lived there with my S2000, and I've seen people lose it often.
I can't see any of those cars you're up against save for maybe the S14 or Evo getting close to that HP (the S14 would have to have an RB26DETT or a *ridiculously* built RB20DET/SR20DET) without being a full track setup, but the S2000 and the 240SX/Silvia would be something to watch out for in the turns - I know from experience with the S2000, and I've run against S14's and Evo's before. Evo would win for grip, S2000 wins for overall chassis balance.
This is a big boy race. The Scion can stay at home, or can follow with a few packs of beer for the afterparty. The EK9 may be built respectably but on a technical course, it's going to lose out to a good rear-drive car with a good driver.
In a straight line, you'll do well, and if you're smart about it, you could close gaps on some of the straights - just make sure to brake early or you'll eat it, and I'd only give it a bit of throttle on the turns, otherwise you're spinning.
Oh, and if you run Malibu Canyon from the 1, then to Kanan Road, and back to the 1, that's AWESOME course with a lot of straights toward the end you could totally use to your advantage - be careful at the start though, there's a stretch with no rails and a 250-300 ft drop.
