How much is insurance for a Mitsubishi eclipse?

I am 15 and looking for a car. I really want a mitsubishi eclipse. What is the average car insurance rate? help is greatly appreciated. thank you...also if you know of any cute girly cars that are not too expensive let me know! (not al lexus, mercedes, audi, etc...i cant afford those)

get quotes online, progressive, nationwide, esurance, etc. it varies with location, who drives, what their record is, what the car is used for, how far and how often it's driven, and so on. if your GPA is 3.5 or better, it's a discount.

I agree with the $4000/year answer for a new one. Definitely depends on whether you have to get full coverage (financed) or just liability (pay cash).
