I wan't to get a hiptop phone, either off ebay, or just from a shop. but i dont want to be on a plain, can i get it on prepaid???Thanks

yes,all you need is to get the phone,and buy a prepaid simcard off of ebay.you will get unlimited texting,internet,instant messaging,and email,but calling will cost you 15 cents a minute.
