how to burn dl dvd on BENQ DVD DD DW1620?

I'm having trouble burning double layer DVD's on my nero program. I have a DL BENQ DVD DD DW1620 drive. The regular DVD+R burns with no problems. I am using Memorex for the both DL and regular DVD's. But when i just started burning with DL DVD+R nero pops up with "Session Fixation Error" what does this mean? and how can i fix the problem to burn with double layer DVD's. I'm using Nero Startsmart verssion 1.0.1.23.

Try reinstalling Nero to see if that fixes the problem. Also try reinstalling the drivers for your drive.
