I have a 97 mitsubishi eclipse gsx that just developed crankwalk. I don't want to buy the exact same engine and have this happen again. what are some possible swaps I could consider for a 97 awd gsx?

maybe a evo engine. but youd probably have to do a tranny swap too. but that would be sick

you need a 6bolt 4g63 out of a 1g dsm.

damn 4g63's. F**K the 7bolts that you have now. buy a 6bolt and beef it up they can handle much more power and never have crank walk.
