i have just brought a new sendo mobile phone and tried to put a o2 sim in it...

Ur phone doesn't like that sim card and even if you were to put in the code their is no saying it will work anyway could lock up ur phone.

Most phones are locked to 1 service provider, i.e. If it is a Voda pay as you go and you try to put an O2 sim in it wont work as the phone has been set to only work on Voda.It is possible to get phones unlocked but there is usually a cost involved. Sorry but there is no easy solution.
