My Mitsubishi wide screen has a constant blinking light, 7-19 pattern to be

exact, how do I fix it? It is a Mitsubishi-WS65511 television. If there any easy fix or temporary fix for this? I heard of re soldering capacitors, and to be honest, I don't have time for that unless it's absolutely necessary right now.Right now I have it in the process of a hard reset, but how long will that take?All possible terminology is ok, I can understand.
