How do you flash a 360 BenQ Drive?

I recently purchased an Xbox 360 Elite with a BenQ DVD drive and was wondering if anybody could help me with flashing it and installing iXtreme 1.4.1., a tutorial or someone I can email along the way for help. Thank you.

About opening your xbox 360, all you need is a very small metal stick or something (I used one from my junior dissecting kit), a torx 10 screwdriver, and a tab unlocking key cut out from a CD spindle. Follow the tutorial on Anandtech on how to open your xbox 360. Good luck man
