need help : I master reset my sidekick slide (hiptop) :(?
Heres the story...My slide keeps getting a crazy looking sidekick slide picture face every time I start it up (i got the battery/restart problem) so I mastered reset and afterwards its all working fine (no more freezing) expect this one big problem...IT BECAME LOCKED!!!I bought the phone unlocked in Australia from telstra when I was there on a visit. And now am back at New Zealand. So I called them the problem and they keep telling me if i have a number (Telstra No.) but I don't have any so there are no help...So can anybody help me out how to unlock my slide.
