it is manifesting as small bumps, that eventually do fade, usually within 4 days, and with the skin sloughing off. only moderate itching. mostly just bothersome. seems to migrate from finger to finger, even pops up on my feet. not painful until trapped in moisture. since i massage, i thought it was in reaction to one of my lotions, but as i have been using different ones, and it has not changed how and when it manifests. any ideas?

A heat rash is an allergic reaction, so take some Bendryl. It might make you drowsy for a couple of days but should alleviate the irritation until it clears up.
