At one point I had an old Palm Pilot. I think it was series III. I think purchased a new Zire 71 and transferred my data from one to the other. Now the Zire has crashed and I have lost all my addresses. I have found an old backup from my Palm III in the form of a .DAT file. Does anyone know of a program that can read Palm .DAT files. Or alternately, which version of Palm can read this file format?I contacted Palm and they told me others are have reported a similar issue. However, Palm really didn't offer a solution saying they no longer support the older models. Help!
