I lost the bluetooth device that came with my palmone PDA (zire 72) - where can

I find another? My husband has a palmone pda with tomtom navigation built in which came with a separate gps receiver blue tooth device that we lost. Do I have to buy that same exact one? Where can I find these? It was black and rectangular and said palmOne on it - that's the only info I have so I am not sure where to find it again and I need it in two days before we go on our road trip. Can I find another compatible blue tooth device elsewhere? Sorry I sound so ignorant - Im SO clueless!
