Plant the seed in some soil with peat moss to retain moisture, put some perlite in it for drainage, and add some slow release fertilizer to the soil, start with jiffy pots, let it go into a room with sunny light and make sure the temperature is warm, and let the air circulate in the room.

Well with queen palm seeds, if you got one of the floor it would need to be peeled completely in order for it to grow. Now if you order them and they came peeled already then do what that guy said above but they do take a while to germinate. So far i have 50 queen palm seeds waiting to be germinated and its been about two months. Crazy. Some palm trees take up to one year to germinate.
