i cant find files sent via bluetooth on my Palm Treo 750 Smartphone?

i recently received a Palm Treo 750 Smartphone from a friend and have been trying it out recently. although i can send and receive files VIA BLUETOOTH..from my laptop, i cant seem to locate them on my Treo.receiving and sending files from other bluetooths phones is fine and i am able to locate them on my phone.its only when my laptop sends me files is when i have this problem. althoughi receive and send successfully to the laptop, i cant find the files i receive from my laptop.PLEASEE HELP..
