...shut it off? wjen I turn phone on it turns to solid green but when I shut it off it blinks red. Just wondering if that is normal or am I doing somehting wrong

When my 650 is on it blinks green which means I am in an area with coverage...and it is solid red when Im charging...I can shut off the blinking green in General Preferences, there is a little box to check if you dont want it to blink.
