Installation of Yahoo autosync is not working to update my Palm Treo with my...

...Yahoo Calendar? I used to use Intellisync to sync my Yahoo calendar with my Palm Pilot. I am now using a Palm Treo, with the Palm Desktop, and I want to sync these with my Palm Treo. But I can't gt the Autosync to work. I do not use Outlook and don't want to use it. When I installed Autosync, it didn't start by asking me my Yahoo information. It doesn't seem to do anything.
