Ooh, that sucks. The only way, really, is to slough the skin off as much as possible. Try using Gojo or a pumice stone for a couple of days.

Try lemon juice with baking soda and rub between your palms. Do this several times and it should lighten up this problem. That stuff is just as fake as it was years ago; still give you that orange look.
