...sometimes during also.? any1 know why or what causes this? been happening for last few weeks. also sometimes redness comes with the itching and burning.

Sometimes this can happen due to a rapid change in temperature in these areas, in other words your probably taking a too hot or too cold shower. Try adjusting the water temperature and see if this helps. Perhaps try using a different kind of soap as you may have developed an allergy to it. Although it itches, try not to itch it as this will make it worse. Good luck x

It's athletes foot, got get some gold bond powder and shake some on your feet then put some sox on.. relief will come fast. Don't go into public showers without flipflops on!I also wanted to say that it can be transferred to your hands by scratching at your feet
