If you just got the phone, I would suggest taking it back and getting a different phone. I got my Treo 750, brand new, 6 months ago and I have had nothing but problems with it. Windows has been sluggish and locks up, that started around 2 months. The camera and bluetooth broke around 3 months. When you charge the phone (it holds no charge by the way) you have to turn it off and back on or it won't ring out loud. I missed tons and tons of calls before I figured out a way to get it to ring. I have called my provider time and time again, and they will only offer to send me a refurb replacement... If mine is garbage, a refurb can only be worse...
