Well my whole body's been sore for about a day because gym at school has been pretty demanding lately. I woke up this Saturday morning and this part on my palms on both of my hands have been sore. It's the part when you look at your palm, the meaty ballish shaped part northwest of your wrist on the left hand and northeast of the wrist on your right hand. The area right of the base of your thumb on your left hand and the area left of the base of your thumb on the right hand. (Sorry thats the best I can describe it, as far as I know there isnt a general term for that part.) But yeah, those two areas on both of my hands are sore.. feels like any other type of muscle soreness, and you can feel it more when I apply pressure to them or stretch my fingers out as far as they can go. I was just wondering if this is anything to worry about, since I can't recall doing anything that would make this happen nor have I had this before. Thanks.
