Some people do have the ability to predetermine the future, but whatppl dont stop to think about is that man was given free will.Meaning we can alter our future at any time by choice, so justbecause someone says or you believe they can predict yourfuture, it means they have seen one possible outcome out ofmillions. People dont have that kind of power, to see everypossible outcome.I don't believe in fate or destiny, or whatever you want to call it.It's all the same and is described as some force choosing theoutcome of your life and that it's inevitable and we have nochoice as far as what happens to our lives because it wasalready chosen from what we'll eat for breakfast tomorrow towho we marry.Anyone in the world can prove that it doesn't exist. The Holy Bible will also prove that it doesn't exist, and you don't have to believe in God in order tounderstand what the difference between free will, and destiny is.I'm not a religious person although I do believe in God.So when I go into this don't think that is my reasonwhy I don't believe fate/destiny doesn't exist. It's said that everyone has been given the power of free willor choice. If you ask yourself enough questions then youllstart to understand.Do you believe there is a million ways that a person can die?Do you believe there is a million ways that a person can live?If you answered yes then you actually don't believe in fate.People watch too many romantic movies and read lovenovels and then start to believe in a fantasy world wherelove is the most powerful thing that exists in life.If you believe that, then wouldnt you think that life and deathare just as powerful? You could throw yourself out of a window right now and change the future. That is the power of free will and itssaid in the bible that God has given every one of usthis power. As to love, well ppl want to believe in it so much becauselike i said, too much tv and movies.Have you ever just loved one person? Have you ever justfallen in love with one person? Do you believe you canonly love one person in the world?Everything that happens in your life right now has becomefrom the choices you made in life.Say you had a choice to go to Harvard or Stanford University.Do you know what lies ahead? Why do people always try tothink carefully before they make decisions? It's becausesome decisions can have a big effect on their lives, andit's the same for smaller choices. The theory of the butterfly effect is that a butterfly's wings might create tiny changes in the atmosphere that may ultimately alter the path of a tornado or delay, accelerate or even prevent the occurrence of a tornado in a certain location. The flapping wing represents a small change in the initial condition of the system, which causes a chain of events leading to large-scale alterations of events. Had the butterfly not flapped its wings, the trajectory of the system might have been vastly different.Think of that theory and set it in the Harvard vs Stanford analogy.Say you chose Harvard and one day met someone on campuswho you ultimately ended up dating, then marrying, then havingchildren. Fast forward 20 years later and one day you and yourfamily are walking across a street when a drunk driver comes your way....the end.Had you not chosen Harvard you would not have met that personwho you later ended up marrying. You would not be crossing thatstreet. There isnt only one person who can be our friend, One personwho can be our mom or dad, or one person that we can love. There are so many choices to make in life, but we only have somuch time to live it. It's best not to worry about things such asfate, destiny, or free will, and just make the best choices you can because none of us can tell the future and how it will playout.
