i tried to switch my phones today so i went to a sprint store and they tried on numerous occasions and they could turn off the phone so they told me to return it to the store i bought it from but i do not have the money to send it bak to cali so i was wondering is there anything that i can do or just like put some money up to send it bak and the prob i am havin is that every time i press the turn off switch it keeps saying sprint and on the bottom keeps sayin welcome as if i just turned it on is there any way that you can help me to fix this problem
